LoCoMojo is owned and operated by Konark Jha (sole proprietor), and offered through www.locomojo.in. Contact: hello@locomojo.in.

These terms govern your use of LoCoMojo (the shop-owner app and the locomojo.in catalogue). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

LoCoMojo helps small shops create a shareable online catalogue, take and manage orders, generate invoices, track deliveries, and maintain a Khata (credit ledger). Features available depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your login, and the accuracy of the shop, product and price information you publish. You must comply with applicable laws (including GST and consumer laws) for the goods and services you sell.

3. Plans & payments

Paid plans (Basic/Pro/Business) are paid via UPI (or another method we may offer) on the LoCoMojo website. Prices are shown at locomojo.in/upgrade. A plan is activated after we confirm your payment. Customer order payments are between the shop and its customers; LoCoMojo only facilitates them. Subscription charges are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your shop and product content. You grant us a licence to host and display it to run the service. You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, send spam, or sell prohibited items. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoCoMojo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between a shop and its customers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account any time at locomojo.in/delete-account.
