Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your LoCoMojo account and the data associated with it at any time.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

Open the LoCoMojo app → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — request from the web

If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@locomojo.in from your registered email, or with your registered phone number in the message. We verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your owner profile (name, phone, email) and login.
Your shops, products, product photos, and catalogue.
Orders, customers, Khata (credit) records, and analytics tied to your shops.
Your push notification token.

What we retain (and why)

Indian tax law requires invoices and financial records to be kept for several years. So we keep your orders and GST invoices for the legally required period, but in an anonymised form — your and your customers' personal details (names, phone numbers, addresses) are removed. These records are used only to meet legal/tax obligations.

Tip: download your invoices/bills from the app before deleting, since you will lose access to them once your account is gone.
