Privacy Policy

LoCoMojo ("we", "us") is owned and operated by Konark Jha (sole proprietor) and runs the LoCoMojo shop-owner app and the locomojo.in catalogue. This policy explains what we collect and why. By using LoCoMojo you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact: name, phone number, and (optional) email used to sign in and to contact you.
• Shop & catalogue data: shop name, address, products, prices, photos you upload.
• Order & customer data: orders placed, customer name/phone/delivery address, Khata (credit) records.
• Location: precise/approximate device location is used only in the foreground, while a delivery is in progress, to share live delivery location. We do not collect background location.
• Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card/UPI credentials. We store payment status and amounts.
• Device & push: a push notification token to send order/delivery alerts.
• Camera: used only when you take/choose a photo for a product or logo; images are uploaded to our image host (Cloudinary).

2. How we use it

To provide the service — run your catalogue, take and track orders, generate invoices, manage Khata, send notifications and reminders, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that run the product: Supabase (database), Razorpay (payments), Cloudinary (images), Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications), MSG91 (OTP/SMS), and email providers. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data any time — in the app under Settings → Delete account, or on the web at locomojo.in/delete-account. We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal/tax reasons.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted and authenticated. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Children

LoCoMojo is a business tool not intended for children under 13.
